The Leadership Consortium, one of Australia’s most respected leadership development organisations, plays a key role in the learning and development of current and future leaders. For almost 20 years we have been designing and delivering leading edge executive learning and development programs to senior leaders in private and public organisations. The Consortium is a member-based organisation with a blend of public and private membership. Continuing our tradition of providing excellence, the Consortium is proud to offer the Internal Consulting Program, which is one of the Consortium’s specialist programs. It is closely aligned to the range of skills required for technical specialists who are moving into more strategic roles with responsibility for influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
